Cranleigh County had a fantastic turnout of 10 entries today, sadly only 9 made it into the ring as a beautiful black arab ended up needing the vet for choke.
Congratulations to Katie Davies & Viv Coleman, 1st & Champion on Mazeer Ibn Marouuf.
2nd place went to a beautiful grey may ridden by Mandy Burr (sorry didnt get the name)
3rd place to me and Luhka
4th place to Maria Pook and Om El Shabrina Dream
Apologies didnt have a catalogue so dont have the rest of the details. Was brilliant to see so many forward considering the nationals only concluded yesterday.
I arrived late and missed it all but did see a lovely chestnut arab in a ridden class (think it was veterans but could be very wrong!) - number 138 - anyone from here? Moved beautifully
I took my mare partbred arab Silverlink and her foal Xiviers Ginger who is 64.85% arab and won sports horse foal class needless to say i was over the moon with him and behaved superbly
Hi all, the grey horse Mandy was riding was Eldanas Enigma, and I was riding Mandy's Jasmeena, not Shabrina. Alfie (Enigma) had not been in the ring for ages and was also champion in-hand. Well done Alfie! Thought yours went beautifully Nut. It was great to see a decent size Arab class at an agricultural show.
