Tablets: 2 in the morning feed, 2 in the evening feed. One week on, one week off.
Cream: I started off twice a day, then after a week down to once a day. Week three, every other day.
The small ones went within the first week, and the bigger one is shrinking quite dramatically to begin with, but has now slowed down.
I am about to give Echinacea as a boost, again for a week on and off.

I agree with paul. But it doesn't work with every horse! I know people that have had no results, so dont build your hopes up! |

I have had great results from using the cream, one visiting mare had them all over her udders after one application , they dropped off , I had a mare with a big sarcoid the size of a strawberry on her eyelid , the vets tried to freeze it off it didnt work then the Thuja was tried , it dropped off and has never recurred also a mare had one on her girth , after one application it disappeared I am a firm believer in it ! |

We had a mare come to stay with us with a sarcoid near her girth about 4" in diameter. We used Thuja internally with Camrosa externally and the best way I can describe it is that the the sacoid "imploded", the area where it had been healed well and it did not return in the three years she was with us. Cannot remember what dose we used though. |

Lehla,
Are you anywhere near the south-west? Our ISH mare is being very successfully treated for sarcoids (not using Thuja - had no effect on her) by a purely homeopathic vet (Judith Webster). No help to you if you don't live close enough to call her out (based near Okehampton), but don't know where you're located. |

Also try propolis(bee) cream for 1 week and tea tree oil for 1 week. Then a week off so to speak. I combined this with thuja tablets. Seemed to work where others failed. Also worth a try is scarc-x herbs. Nicky |

YEP HEREs WEB LINK http://www.ainsworths.com/site/category.aspx?CategoryId=59 Its a cheap product to buy the cream comes in lots of sizes i hav`nt tryed the pills yet as my mare has liver damage she got her first sarcoid after running through the ele tape fencing, since her immune system has broken down due to liver damage shes has got quite a few ive just started with the cream although ive heard its best to treat throughout the winter as there not growing during this time and no flys upsetting them i dont know if thats true or not(about winter not the flys) if it doesnt work this summer i will try in winter, iam going to gave her a immune system booster product iswell, plus ive heard about giving horses colostrum that have sarcoids i found it on a equine university experiments usa website with excellent results they keep brood mares fresh colostrum (if i find that link again i will post it here) you can also get thuja on ebay but the website i given it tells you on the ladel plus just putting thuja cream for horses into the search engine your get lots of info :
ielha most meds you can put into feeds mine have a handful of soak pony nuts thats gone to a pulp i put pills in this and they dont even know it once they have eaten that i give them the rest of there feed

I have started putting sarcoid tablets (homeopathy) into my mares feed and i have a cream from hilton herbs used to be called ditton cream now Virex (i think) which is for sarcoids and warts so will be seeing how that goes. Forgot to say im supposed to give two tablets am and pm then decrease it i think and the cream can go on twice a day. |

What sort of sarcoids are you treating, my friends horse has loads in his groin area and they are like marbles under the skin, vet tried tying on off once and loads came back including the original so maybe this Thuja may help |

Just for you to keep in mind should the thuja route not work or for others who haven't had success, try Flamazine, once daily.
