Have received this pic from the stallion owner today. Owner says this is the ONLY GSB registered Thoroughbred Cremello entire. This year his first season at stud
He stands 16.2hh and certainly is a looker with excellent limbs...like those nice short cannon bones and good hooves. Might be tempted to breed a Palomino Anglo.....just one problem.....don`t have a chestnut mare and simply could not afford another mare
Would certainly breed a wonderful performance Palomino Eventer, if put to a chestnut pure Arab Crabbet Mare?? or with his excellent conformation and neat head.....a lovely show horse
OOOOPPPPSSSS....might help if I show his piccie, here he is :-
Pic of him, only three years old....nice boy, one for the future methinks

There you go.....buy a good big Chestnut pure Arab Mare with known performance bloodlines....and breed yourself the first ever, Palomino Anglo Arab....don`t think there is another registered Anglo Arab Palomino in this Country (maybe in the World)?? that is 100% Thoroughbred x Arab. Sure someone will tell me if they know of one
Must say, very tempted myself, but will first have to research his pedigree

There is a palomino Anglo-Arab colt on this sites sales pages. Think he is the first in this country. He is by a very nice palomino TB stallion. |

Thanks for that info.....so looks like a Breeder has already planned to breed a unique Palomino Anglo Arab.... and a colt as well. Not a pally breeder myself....but shall watch this colt with interest.
So, maybe there are those in the know, who will inform us if this colt IS in fact the only Registered Anglo Arab Palomino in this Country, or indeed in Europe!!

Well Babs you could always breed yourself a golden Dun Anglo Arab? If your mare has chestnut in her genes you may well get a palomino The dam of my palomino mare was a bay Arab , her sire was Bay & her dam was Chestnut yet she`s bred at least 12 Pally`s by 3 different Cremello stallions & has only produced one Dun ! |

NO....not the right time to give into a whim!! Just really interested to see GSB and AHS, by way of DNA, are accepting the colour......just strange that Registered Cremello and Palomino have only recently appeared in these Stud Books
Can anyone advise if AHS have Registered Pure Arab Cremello or Palomino breeding stock.....If is has happened with recorded TB and Anglo....it is surely going to come about with Pure Arab Breeding
Then, of course....what about Pure Arab Piebald/Skewbald........seems it could happen

I have my Mareschal chestnut mare but no yard of my own or spare money, i have always said that i would like to put her back to a TB so i can have a 1st cross anglo arab again.
A friend of a friend has a coloured Chestnut and white 3year old mare, she has a chestnut head half chestnut mane and a patch under saddle area, she is pure TB not 7/8 but i wish she was a colt |

Is this stallion Ellectron? If so I think he is standing at Groomsbridge Stud. He looks very nice and I would hope to use him myself on one of my Anglo mares in the near future.

Yes....thats the boy....only a three year old, so should look a real stallion in a few years.....a lot of him but real quality
Cant stand his blue eyes and the pink skin.....but then what does the colour matter!!! No such thing as a bad colour in a good horse.
He has just come on the scene a little too late for our breeding plans in the short term.....but nevertheless, am very tempted.....just a good thing I don't have a chestnut mare, otherwise may have given in to the temptation of breeding a Palomino Anglo Arab Show Horse/Eventer
