Does anyone have a pair of these and if so, how do you find the sizing? I'm about to buy a pair mail order, but unsure of what size to get! The sizing seems to go XS S M L XL, but it's not much help as I'm not sure what a M or L would be in dress sizes!
Any help appreciated.

I have a pair of these - not quite sure how but I went for the xs size... I can do them up over jeans but it is a squeeze and you are a bit michellin man! I am a size 10 so wish I had gone for s or even m, they are VERY warm and as i wear them when riding a motorcycle too they do keep the cold out. I was a bit disappointed to find in the latest issue of your horse magazine they reviewed the winter trews and gave them a rubbish test against all lightweight ones which would not keep you warm, they also did not test them very well for waterproofing and I find they are brilliant! Yes may need to go on a rad to dry out after a heavy rain session but overall ace just wish I had gone for bigger size lol |

Thanks for your very valued opinion. I'll go for the Large then I think, as I'm a size 14. |

Hi Jayne, I've got a pair of size medium and have to wear braces to keep them up I'm a size 12 and wish I'd got size small now! They are lovely and warm and totally waterproof I wore them most days when we were down to -20 degrees here |

If you are not set on the Dublins, I can highly recommend the Musto thermal waterproof trousers. They are extremely warm, waterproof and very hard wearing. I have had mine for about 8 years and they still look like new..... |

I've just ordered a pair of Large. Thanks for your vote of confidence Jill, but you are a mere slip of a girl in comparison to me, so I think I'll be okay with large. I really must diet, I really must diet!!!
GeeGee, I fancied a pair of Musto ones and also the Mountain horse ones too, but wasn't so keen on the price! |
