The picture is 100x75 and our icons are 96x96, so converting this picture to an icon won't work that well. I suppose you have the original picture, so if you want to email it to me, I can convert that one and set it as your icon. My email address is available from the AL Main Site -> Contacts link, or I can pm it, if you need it.
