This was my Mum & Dad’s dog - but after Mum died - Dad can’t manage anymore
He’s done well over the last 5 years but really cant manage her properly and its unfair on the dog too. So she’s up for re-homing.
she was neglected and had a severe flea allergy and skin infection when she came to me.
She is a quiet & loyal dog – used to living with cats and other dogs.
She walks well off lead when she gets to know you… her only real hang up is she is petrified of being near moving cars and roads and really is phobic about them ..we tried loads of stuff in the early days but couldn’t help her behaviour.
Having said that she travels reasonably well in a car.. just not happy around roads and busy built up areas . She is a bit of a hunter and loves taking off after rabbits over our fields/woods and the like…We feel she would be ideally placed in a country setting away from busy roads and traffic.
She is very bright and obedient and knows basic commands.
She is a good housedog and will bark at strangers at the front door.
She is very clean and almost toilets by command. She loves a ball !!!
