This is my 15 year old gypsy vanner mare, she is just about 14.2 with shoes on. Rides, drives, jumps, hunts and has produced some fab foals over the years! She has as mush style, carisma and attitude as my Arabs and is always dependable!

Ha ha nice photo.
There are 7' high snow drifts all along the road outside my house so I am unable to get out today even in the massive white tank so I've just been doing the endless list of phone calls while poor Phil holds the fort. Late this afternoon as it was not icy just a massive depth of soft snow I went for a 'ride' on Bryn for a play in the drifts, he felt the need to prove , like your mare, that 4 legs aren't necessary, or even two really..he did some pretty good caprioles, Lipizzaners eat your hearts out!!
To be fair though he was very mannerly about it, dancing rather than bucking and coming back into hand nicely even if his halt was a bit 'piaffey'!
What has Wiper made of all this?

Brilliant photo. She knows how to enjoy herself.

I too am stuck for riding. The snow is just too deep. We are too busy sledging hay to sheep anyway, we cant get the quad through the drifts. The horses have a spin outside around the farm one at a time. We can't even get the gates to shut but they dont bother to go anywhere. Wales is great though, the snow scenes around us are wonderful.
