Was just debating whether I should find a temporary instructor. My lovely instructor has just had a baby and is loving motherhood so much that she is unsure when she is going to start lessons again.
I've been trying my hardest with schooling, but I am not a fantastic rider and Ettie is not a push button ride, so I need an instructor.
There are a few problems with this: 1. I now work full time, so can only have lessons very early morning, in the evening or at weekends (which I prefer not as I love hacking out then!). We don't have a school, but we do have a floodlit paddock (20 x 40) with a woodchip track in a figure of eight, which seems to be fine most weathers. We also have transport, so will travel locally (we live in Horsham).
Ettie is never going to be a show horse - but I would love to be able to take her in a showing class and not be embarrassed. My current instructor is an eventer, so she covers all bases. But for a temp instructor I would quite like to focus on my flatwork.
Or if fitting around me is difficult I don't mind someone riding her for me, while my mum is around. I would also love to see what my little horse is capable of in better hands 
So does anyone know if such an instructor exists?
