Dose anybody know what size Snuggy Hood i need for a Welsh sec B colt, i looked on website but not sure if i need small or small/medium he is being keep as a colt so will have a bit of a crest and will turn out about 13hh , thanks

Hi Sab,

I have a 14.3hh Arab in a medium, she is quite chunky and I think could go a size up. I spoke to the people at Snuggy Hoods and they tell me it should look 'quite baggy' on the neck to allow for the head to get down to graze.

I think a medium might be the one for you as if I bought another one I'd go Medium/Large for my girl - as she seemed a little uncomfortable putting her head down at first.

My little 12 hh is a very fine show pony and in small, I definitely think your boy will need a medium

If you look on the Snuggy Hoods' website, it gives a list of breeds/sizes :)
