Hi,
There isn't much to it. You simply go to the site where the video is located and copy the link to it. Then, come here, use one of our video tags (it's the row that starts with Videos above with the posting window) and choose the appropriate ones. We support several video types:
[gvid][/gvid] - Google Video
[tube][/tube] - YouTube
[flash][/flash] - Flash movies
[metacafe][/metacafe] - Metacafe videos
[myspace][/myspace] - mySpace videos
[qt][/qt] - QuickTime videos
[wmv][/wmv] - Windows Media videos
[rv][/rv] - RealNetworks videos
[pbt][/pbt] - Photobucket videos
You just need to use the link inside the adequate tag, just as you'd use it to post images:
[tube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1JIyJuJxAKM[/tube]
This would be the way to post a YouTube video.
