Fee, case in user name is irrelevant (it's relevant in password, though). I suggest you try all variations in user name case to confirm that you will log in with all those combinations and will be able to see private messages in all situations, as well. Guess you then will find your username can be all combinations of case in Fee. The forum code will use whatever version of the username, casewise, you logged in with and show that as the username.
