I am still searching for a lady called Suzanne who i beleive bred my horse Oscar from her Arab Mare called Jess. Jess was around 14.2ish & Oscar is 15.2hh Not sure what else he has in his breeding, possibly TB but would love to find out!
White socks on both off side legs, Loves to jump
I have been told that he was kept on livery at Chartfarm, Sevenoaks in 2001 & at Longlands Livery Yard in Chelsfield Area of Kent in 2002 with his Dam (Jess –a chestnut Arab)
Apparently they were also kept at many small private yards in this area & wintered out in a field in Shoreham as well.
I am looking for any history on him prior to Spring 2004 or if you know of Suzanne & can put us in touch? I would love to find out his real age & breeding etc & don’t want anything more than a chat.
She had a partner called Warwick who drove a horsebox & he may have been a cabbie.
He is in a loving home for the rest of his life with me
so any info good or bad gratefully appreciated!
Suzanne lived in the Otford Hills area of Sevenoaks, Kent for a few years while she had both horses, they were kept at livery in several yards but cannot get any leads so far as to where she is now & if she still has her mare. Her old farrier tells me she was talking of moving to Oxfordshire but not sure whereabouts.
If anyone has any info on my horse Oscar, his Dam, Suzanne or where i can find her now i would be enternally grateful. Thank you.

Just bumping this up as was originally posted a few years ago...
In addition to the original information i have now been told the following:
Jess (Oscar's Dam) was a liver chestnut Anglo Arab. Still no idea who/what his Sire was.
Oscar could well be in his early 20's now rather than about 15 as people who remember him from years back such as an old farrier and a yard manager seem to think he is older than his passport suggests. Passport was only started when the owner before me brought him.
I am fairly sure he came from a dealer called Mikey Roe in Braydon Wiltshire to the lady who had him before me as she often buys her school horses from him. Unfortuantly i have never been able to contact Mikey or received a reply to messages/letters sent to him.
Maybe someone on here knows something or knows/owns Jess as it is possible they both went through Reading Sales at the same time.
I would just love to know more about him, breeding, age etc.. i dont want anything from this lady who bred him other than a chat/info. Thanks :) |

Sorry I can't be of any help but I had to just say, what a gorgeous face that horse has! Reminds me of a gelding my friend bred a few years back. Hope you find out what you are looking for |

| just bumping this up as am still very much looking if any one can help at all. Old farrier said they were either moving to Oxfordshire or now thinks it could have been Somerset so who knows! |

I have new information!!  so hopefully someone might be able to help me now.
We believe Oscar's dam to be Jess, freezemark 61PA, known as Sharii or her full name of Rexardos Ashmin born in 1986. Jess was owned by Mary Pollard from a 2 yr old (her cousin bred her) then she was sold to a lady still in the Taunton area of Somerset to do endurance. Then there seems to be a large gap in the history which is where we believe Jess was owned by Suzanne (& Warwick) and bred Oscar my horse from her. About the time Oscar went through Reading Sales (we think) to a dealer called Mikey Roe in Braydon, Wiltshire, Jess was also purchased in the same area by a lady called Francesca Maddocks who i am now in touch with. We think they both got taken to the sales together and then split up :( Francesca had her for a while til she sustained a suspensory ligament injury so was retired and sold on as a companion to a lady called Claire again in Somerset... The lady then readvertised her after a while as she was moving abroad and unfortuantly that is where the leads go dead as to where Jess may be now if she is still alive aged 26.

| New info from Endurance GB, they said that she was registered for Endurance in 2001 under the name of Rexardos Ashmin. |
