Hi Fran,

You need to make sure the text boxes are empty, specially the password one (use the delete or backspace key to remove all the dots). Once they are empty, use your username and password to do it.

I, too, am having trouble with Private Messages. I have followed your instructions above but still can't log in. Please help!
