Dear Exhibitor We are please to annouce the schedule for the HoCoN show 2013 is available. The show will once again be held at the Norton Heath Equestrian Centre but taking into account suggestions made from last years exhibitors both the In Hand and the Ridden Classes will be held outside this year. The Centre has undergone some improvements including a new outdoor arena and a new surface on the car park. Stabling will once again be a mix of Permanent and Temporary boxes with priority being given to stallions and colts for permanent boxes. We will of course do our best to accommodate special requests but would ask that these are reasonable. The cost of stabling has had to be increased to £50 as the Show lost approximately £1,000 on the stabling last year. We have also introduced a £10 Stable Deposit (per stable) which must be paid with your entry. This Deposit will be passed directly to the Centre Management and can be reclaimed prior to your departure once the centre are happy that your stable is left clean and tidy. PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE BEEN REMINDED BY THE VENUE THAT THE USE OF STRAW BEDDING IS PROHIBITED.
