i bought this 13yr old grey mare 2 years ago and would now like to breed from her. so if any has heard anything about her, particularly if she's had a foal before, i'd love to know.thanks, rachel.x

No progeny are listed on the database, or in the studbooks, but I believe there is no 20 out this year.
Her previous owners names and addresses should be on her registration card, I expect you have tried contacting them??? |

Thanks for the reply, I just don't want to leave it too late if she's not been bred from before, I'd be devastated if anything went wrong. I've contacted 2 but none have replied, though I did get a nice letter from her breeder:) I'll have to keep trying! |

You may be able to tell if she has had a foal before if you look at her udder. If the nipples are fairly elongated and maybe puffy around them it is possible she will have had foal. This is how I discovered one of my rescued mares had foaled before. |
