Hi All,
I do know a bit about her past, she was in a riding school in London for a large part of her life. She was also privately owned. She was bred by The Starrock Stud. Her sire was Kamali (shakhsxkazminda) and her dam is Shimandra (mantoxshindra). Would love to see a pic of Kamali. If anyone knows anything about her, please let me know. Thanks Nikki

Hi Nikki
I have found Shindra in the AHS stud book Vol 10, and have added details on allbreedpedigree. I do know where the owner of the Starrock stud is. If you want to contact her, I can forward details to you privately if you give me your email info.
Hope this helps.

thanks very much Lynda. That would be great. Though i think she may of been sold very young by the stud owner with her mother, as she has a full sister, going by memory, the name of the sister was Sarrods something or other! So Sarrods looks like it could be a prefix of a stud? E-mail is nikki.page@britanniaschoolofmotoring.co.uk thanks |

Here is the photo of Kamali I promised to post for you, it is one of a series of 4 taken at the AHS Show in 1987.
Pat, thanks for your kind comments - glad you like the pictures!
Best wishes

Hi Lynda,
Sorry to butt in on this but the name Starrock caught my eye. I have a Part Bred mare that is by Starrock Champagne.Just wondered if anyone had any info on him or would love to see a photo. I do know that he has gone to the great green meadow (or so I was told). It would be fantastic if anyone knew anything about him, whether he was shown, I don't even know what colour he was.
