Hi,
I'm doing some pedigree research and would very much appreciate it, if some of you would share any pictures you might have of some of the following horses, marked with an *
Nasmeshnik* (Arax x Neposeda)
Rose* (Kossak x Lady Nasam)
Kossak* (Rushti x Karramba)
Lady Nasam* (Gharbi* x Nasam*)
Pacific* (Nasmeshnik x Peace)
Peace* (Naply* x Rose*)
Sudeir* (Oran x Rissada*)
Susanna* (Sudeir* x Ghayran*)
Most of these horses are hard to find so I would be thrilled to bits if you could help me
Thank you in advance
Anne
PS: the photos are only for my private use, but I would be willing to pay a reasonable fee for them.

Hi Anne You can go onto Google and click onto the images icon above the bar you write into, then write the horse's name in the bar and click on search. You can sometimes find photos that way. |

Try looking out for old copies of the AHS News - lots of adverts and photos. There are some on ebay.co.uk right now!

Thanks,
I'll try to look out for old magazines - they may be my best bet - it seems to be quite hard to find photos of these horses. I tried googling most of them and came up with nothing. Living in Denmark doesn't help - I can't even go to all the shows and look for old mags there If anyone finds photos of these horses I'll still be very happy.

Egzotyka,
Karramba is by Witraz out of Karmen II. Old Polish damline.
I don't really know anymore about Kossak apart from the fact that he sired the stallion Kaspian (out of Susannah) and the mare Rose (out of Lady Nasam). I would LOVE to see photos of either of these horses.

Thanks, I had found her at allbreedpedigree, but I hadn't thought to use the photo report function that allows me to save the photo - a blond moment I'm afraid

Kossak belonged to the Backhouses on Horsey Island in Essex, and as far as I can remember, ran out with his mares on the island. He was a flaxen chestnut. In the photo I can bring to mind, he looked fairly sturdily built.
