Does anyone remember back in November there was a potential welfare issue with a stud located near Blackpool? the owner had,allegedly gone bankrupt or was about to. [ This WASNT High Tor I hasten to add]
Did everything work out ok ? I've heard nothing since and am just wondering what happened to those horses.
PLEASE ,do not post accuations or names , Its a genuine enquiry of concern in the hope that the horses were/are all ok.
I've thought long and hard before posting this, I dont want it to become inflamatory or anything like that.

Hi Joto,

I don't think there ever was a welfare issue, just the potential for one if eg haylage could not be purchased.

the horses were always too fat, most stabled and given lots of cuddles to make up for lack of turnout.

As far as I am aware just now things are fine, obviously cant say more.
