Hi, just got off the phone to Rachel, the mare is Dancing Gem who is owned by Holly Arabians [Rachel has got her on breeding loan]. I think you all know that Chancton Golden Colours is by Golden Heights. Also Chancton Golden Colours is half brother to Ottoman! |

Thanks Donna, I know the mare, it'll be interesting to see the foal. A whole new breeding programme to look forward to and to carry on the AA classes. Good luck to Rachel and Trent.

Hi all, yep back in the land of the living - just!!! Our new baby is just fab. He is huge and very cheeky, looks just like his Daddy with a white star, tiny snip on his nose, no white legs to keep clean(!) We haven't named him yet as I am very supersticious and dont even allow myself to think of names untill after 24 hours old (I know what a muppet!)I will post some photos as soon as the sun comes out and I can twist 'Mad arab riders' arm to come over and take some (please cherrie?!!!)Today we covered our black small riding horse anglo mare with Golden Colours - watch this space this time next year, all happeneing at Chequer Tree Farm! visitors very welcome - kettle always on!!!!! |
