My brother was taken to hospital last night with bad stomach pains. After xrays and bloods couldn't find anything they decided to do a keyhole camera job. He went into surgery at 12.45 for his gall bladder and appendix removed. That was 4 hours ago and he's still in surgery! I hope he's ok and everything is going to plan. Positive vibes please!

Oh I do Sympathise, my brother is in intensive care (bike accident).
This is a very worrying time for you with him still being in surgery, and for such a long time.
He's in the right place.
Have everything crossed for your brother, and pray for his speedy recovery. Try to take care of yourself too.

| Well, after being in surgery for 5 hours my brother is groggy but fine and minus one very angry looking appendix! I will be seeing him tomorrow as he was still rather out of it tonight. The surgeon didn't think his gall bladder needed removing as the appendix looked like the prime suspect. Hopefully he will be fine after a few days in hospital. |
