I have just picked up on the internet rumours that he has died... his publicist is trying to deny the story but I just hope he hasnt.

The last interview I saw of him he looked like he was starting to fight things really well.

My heart goes out to all his family, and even if it isnt true it must be a horrible thing to have to see in the press.

The last pictures I saw of him he looked about 200 years old and was 7 stone.

I hope its not true but I fear it maybe :(

Apparently they are just nasty rumours started by a radio station in the USA.

Just googled it and they say he is alive and enjoying life and repsoding to treatment.

He did look awful last time I saw a photo of him though and I wish him all the best.

If it is nasty rumours, how sick are some people?

I agree, last time I saw pictures of him he looked very old and frail! I hope he is responding well to treatment!

Oh so do I hope its not true! I think he's had to put up with these rumours in the past, not what you need when you're fighting to survive! I think he's lovely.

I think its appalling that the media are able to spread such vicious lies and especially about something so sensitive... Utterly disgusting.
