I haven't been on this forum for ages (maybe a year) and when I came back today I found that I couldn't access my pm's. I updated my profile as much as it would allow me too but that didn't seem to help. I know there's some important info in there that I need so I really hope there's a way to recover them. Any ideas?
It gets worse. Turns out I wasn't logged in (dumbo!) which is why I couldn't access my pm's but now I have logged in it says my inbox is empty. I know thats wrong. Do they get automatically deleted after a while? If so I wish I'd known as I will have lost vital info on my horse
PMs older than a certain date are regularly mass deleted, so your pms were surely deleted the last time we mass deleted old pms. We did it a couple times last year.
