After keeping us waiting Cancan, Auvation/ Lady Jacqueline finally produced a bay filly by our lovely Erin Park Excel on Tuesday morning. Needless to say we a quite pleased!! It has seemed to be a long wait for Excels first foal, but well worth it. Pam and Paul

WOW! She is superb, absolutely lovely! Well worth the wait i imagine . If she marks the shape of the future for Excel, it's very bright indeed. I can't wait to see her! Ros |

I had the great pleasure of helping this little lady into the world! She is an absolute sweety with plenty of attitude, and very much her daddy's little girl! If she had been born any later I'm sure a saddle would have been attached she is going to make a mega riding horse me thinks!
Well done Sexy Xy and Can Can!!! |

Thanks for all the kind comments. Mandy, not long to wait before you will get to see her, her name is Llain (obviously) Karida, which according to my translations means 'untouched' which at the speed she can move may well prove the case!! She was almost un photograped, front end anyway!!!!! Frank, Excel's breeder thinks she has a look of Excel's dam about her, but then so does Cancan. Nikki, next one due before the end of the month, if she is on time! Pam |

How exciting - Excel's first baby is here - and I haven't even seen him yet. I really am going to have to put that right this year. So which mare is due next Pam? I'll watch this space with interest. Do update photos when you get the chance. Alexia |

Well, I can't wait for further installments and more PICs of this filly and whatever little brothers or sisters Excel gives Pam and Paul this year. I'm crossing my fingers for some sunshine so Pam can get that camera working for us all. Alexia |

What an absolutely lovely filly! Exel's excelled himself! The investment's paid off. No one has been more persistent and tried harder for the Crabbet cause than you have. Well done and congratulations ...... Rose Ennik |

That's very kind Rose, but I think others have been working at this for much longer than I have. I have just been lucky enough to have support when I so desperately needed it, and to have the chance to go to Australia to find Excel. He had a huge gap to fill, and he has more than done it. I am just so pleased with him, and as you said it appears that the investment has paid off.....Pam
