We have been looking far and wide for Tilly pony a new saddle. she is very round with hardly any wither. The only thing we had was a synthetic with a handle but it was very flat for the rider (Isobel aged 2)We had arranged to get a saddle for my sister who was sending up a little saddle she had been using on a sec A. She only wanted to spend £30 so it was a tall order. Clitheroe auction is usually very good though and we have picked up decent tack for nothing. We arrived early with the babies only to find the auction started and nothing suitable. We wandered around the stalls and i spotted the perfect saddle wide, half panel, with a lovely deep seat for the children. I thought it would be expensive as it looked almost new. £30 she said! We only had £28.50 in cash so she took it !!!! yay! We tried it on and it fits pony and child really well. just half to break it in and buy a 4x4 and pay for the trailer ah well Isobel will be at least 10 by then. Please send donations! lol
