I was very fortunate to visit Legacy Stud this week and had a fabulous time as always.
I saw this magical horse under saddle and he just blows me away every time. Kuda is a joy to watch and has a powerful presence about him that captivates you. It is very obvious he has an amazing rapport with Fiona and thoroughly enjoys his work. Despite the fact it was blowing a gale he didnt put a foot wrong. I feel very honoured to own one of his sons who is two years old and has his fathers wonderful temprament and movement.
I also saw 2 of this years Kuda babies, Nemesis and Reuben and he has certainly put his stamp on those two as well. They are both absolutely beautiful.
Lets just say "watch out - AH Kuda is coming out" under saddle!!!!!
Ooh you make me jealous, I'm so fond of this horse even though I've only met him once and I'm so glad I've got a lot of good photographs and I'd've done 4 paintings of him by summer. Am sure it's lovely to see him under saddle and especially did well with these gales at the moment brr!
I have a Kuda son [gelding] he is just coming out under saddle this year for the first time. As a baby he did well in hand and had a few championships. I can say, he is 'special' if only with his sense of humour. I hope that all his babies take this attitude they are MAGIC!
Awww Gail it was fantastic to see you again Hun....You are always welcome here and I hope you continue to get as much happiness with baby precious as we do with his daddy.....I'm sure you will..... Lois you are also welcome anytime you know where we are just gives us a call..... Dilly now I'm really excited which Kuda son is it you have, and where are you showing him would love to see him...Has he been easy to back cos daddy was a dream to back, can't wait to get him out under saddle this year he is such a gentleman, and I just adore riding him he always makes me smile inwards and outwards....Roll on the show season....
Funny how Dilly talks of her boys "sense of humour" as my "Baby Precious" has a real sense of humour too. At times I swear I can hear him chuckling...........an absolute sweetie though......I wonder if its a family thing....cant wait to see your boy.
