till the London marathon. Did 64km at Major Oak at the weekend after having run 18 miles on the Saturday. Fantastic ride but rather tired at the end, please read all about my training on www.justgiving.com/triciahirst

You will see that I have very nearly reached my target of £3,000 in aid of the Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre. Must just say a very big thankyou to all our endurance friends who have donated, it means a lot to me as my brother has MS and I know a lot of you have been touched by this horrible disease.

If any of you will be watching on TV I will be wearing red!

Not long now then Trisha, don't do anything too daring in the lead up to the big day. We will be cheering you on from the comfort of an armchair. My excuse is being ancient, don't know what excuse Laura has other than too many horses to look after. Best of luck and hope you get some more last minute sponsorship.
