has anyone taken out a pet plan policy recently which advertises a free jacket? just wondered if anyones recieved one cos i took out a policy last november and still not got a jacket

You've just reminded me, I took one out in November too and haven't received the jacket either! Will ring them now...

Yes my Daughter took out a Policy in December on line and the jacket arrived within a week!!

I rang them and they said there had been a problem with some of them being ordered but not delivered. She's re-ordered mine and it should be 14 days.
Give them a ring and they'll sort it out for you.
