I expect it was all done at short notice so this might be the only place they can get. It does seems a long haul but it will be worth it. Lets Hope lots come along.
Debbie, you need to galvanize the Cornish Group into doing a spring show!! |

A spring show Sue, you must be joking. The entries for the summer show are diabolical. Very often only 1 or 2 entries per class and some classes are not even supported!
However.......Jane Parfitt is organising a spring youngstock show at the Duchy on I think bank holiday monday 4th May. That will be for all breeds.
Sending Oliver away to do some show training during the Easter holidays. He hopefully will be showing Haleeka (if he can handle her!) |

I do wish everybody would stop complaining!!This was the only venue available at such short notice. That is nobodys fault other than the SWG for not getting it sorted earlier. At least somebody is TRYING.If it is too far-Fine-it will be just down the road for others.By the way the SWG area is from Bristol to Cornish borders.

Well Jane, if the group is bristol to Cornwall, its hardly a central venue. Its 50 miles if that from Bristol and 150+ from st. Ives in Cornwall. So I think a little complaining is totally in order |

We used to go to Heazle every winter show jumping - it used to be quite a nice arena, the only slight drawback was towing a trailer "up the hill" about 1 in 4 Hope to take my mare & foal (fingers crossed)
Should add that the route from the west side of Heazle misses "the hill" !!! |
