Any ideas ! Am flat on my back. I was moving a box and my back went, now I can not move without help. I am using mobile phone internet as i cant get to computer

| eek!!! Lots of anti-inflammatory drugs, Arnica/witch hazel lotion, ice pack, book session with Chiro... hope you have some slaves around to do all the fetching and carrying!! |

you need to take some Ibuprofen regularly (as long as not asthmatic )and with or after food ( not a problem for you 
and keep your self moving

A McTimoney chiropracter if you can get there. Worked miracles for me.

I am another to recommend a McTimoney chiroprachtor, I had the most horrendous back last Spring/Summer, I could barely move for a few weeks and was in tears with the pain on a few occasions. After one treatment I was about 50% better and on the next one a week later I was about 90% better. Now I just have 'top up' appointments to stop it from getting bad again. Worth every penny, and the treatment itself is also very gentle and really enjoyable, you leave feeling very relaxed and relieved  |
