Hi I am new to Arabian Lines. Does anyone know anything about my mare, I have only had her 3 monthes. She is a 15yr old 31/5/1993 flea bitten grey 15hh, she has a pink heel on her left hind that is only really noticeable when wet. She has good conformation and a slighty boxy right fore hoof but has hard feet and is barefoot even though I hack on the road and stony tracks.
Her sire is RINGING HARMONY (RINGING ECHO/ KERSULA) who is a flea bitten grey too. Her dam is SHAFEEKAH (NAASIR/ SHAREEFAH)
Her stud book reference number is AHSBv17 and I believe her breeder is Mrs Cheryl-Anne Gearing.
It looks as if she has had at least 1 foal in the past. I would like to know about her past and if anyone has seen or heard of her and what she has done.
Iyasha is quite opinionated and quite a character and lets you know quite plainly if she doesn't like you doing something, she doesnt like being clipped very much and hates injections and being wormed. She is very mare-ish and will squeel and strike out with a front leg at geldings.
She rides as if been shown and knows all about lateral work and has been well schooled.
According to her passport she was in Ramsdean (Hants)in 2006 and under the care of Liphook Equine Hospital.
I would be grateful to anyone that can help.

no offspring listed you can write to the arab horse society, if you enclose a letter to the previous registered owner they will forward it to them for you
good luck with tracing her history, l am sure someone will know something
again you can phone warmsley's [liphook equine hosp] and they too might forward a letter from you to the person who paid the bill, and on occasion l have heard of vets speaking to other vets....so ask

Hi, I checked the stud books for you, and she has not had any registered foals, doesn't mean she hasn't, just not purebreds. Saw your other post, welcome to Wales ! I'm a lot further South just on the edge of the Powys/Carmathenshire border, coincidently 2 full brothers bred here used to live at Four Crosses, Good Luck with your move Mandy |
