Isn't he with one of the Sheikhs ? I know but can't think where (brain dead  ) - will keep trying to remember but someone on here will come up with it in a flash ! |

As far as I know hes still in the UAE with H.H.SH. DR.Sultan Bin Mohammed AL Qassemi (phew i think thats right!)

Have you tried contacting Mike Ashmore, he was very closely associated with Azadik when he was in this country  he should be able to help you |

thanks guys,i have been told he is in cumbria by the arab horse society.i have a mare bred by him 4 yrs ago and would love some info on him as i am looking to put her in foal next spring and would love to know a bit more about her breeding.xxx |

I think you will find that the Arab Horse Society as always are way out of touch with reality.I am sure you will find he has been gone from there quite a long time!
By the way what is your mares breeding?someone on here might be able to help.

l have one of his daughters Az Fadia out of warandes estopa and vicki marsh who posts on here has her full sister

apart from mike's MA Bint Azadik l do not think there are very many left in the UK these days most were snapped up and exported

I have an Om el Azadik daughter. What is your mare called?
Azadik was sold out to the middle east some years ago, I used to look after him at Rosthwaite Arabians in Cumbria |

| Someone has been asleep in the AHS for a verrrrrrrrrrrry long time if they think Azadik is still in Cumbria, the Needhams have been gone from there for years, his progeny report on allbreeds doesnt help either it doesnt look like its been updated for years, didnt Katie Gore use to/still have Az Bazia, one of Azadik's daughters |

thank u all 4 your help.my mare is called sadiq-a born on 27th july2004 sired by az sadik ahsb xvii(om el azadik/sadika(de))dam holly-breeding unknown. bred by ms gloria goddard,aley lodge,overstowey bridgewater. any info on my mares breeding would be great.many thanks |

| Hi Kelcie I have an Om El Azadik gelding,Az Sirius.I used to help out as Rosthwaite with Bexr when Az Sadik and Sadika were there,they were both stunning.Don't have any more info I'm afraid! |

| Az Sadik is owned by Erica and Steve Parsons. If you google their names i think you get a website for them for their breeding dogs, im sure they would help if you contacted them. |

Hi Kelcie
I have an Om El Azadik gelding called Ross Marrakech. He's the one doing dressage in my sig strip. I think Om El Azadik only stood in the UK for a couple of years before being exported to the Middle East. He was bred at the Om El Arab stud in America and is by the truly gorgeous Sanadik El Shaklan.
My horse came about as a result of the AHS raffle where a covering to Om El Azadik was one of the prizes! I bought him at weaning and he is an absolute superstar. He can turn his hoof to anything. He has more than 50 BD points and is currently competing at Elementary, he showjumps and has done a bit of western pleasure showing as well as some ridden showing.
Can anyone remember whether it was Az Pasha that Malcolm Rankine used to show in the ridden classes? I'm sure it was him that caught my eye originally. He was big, about 16hh and the most fabulous ridden stallion. |

az pasha was a gelding who l first saw as a very lovely three year old at alf hallworths
he was later on owned by bill gore and won a lot in hand and under saddle, and yes he was big but still had type
sorry l have no idea if he is still around but l will never forget him
when l was first offered an om el azadik daughter he immediately sprung to mind
and l was not disappointed

| I think Karma Bint Azadik is currently in Scotland. I think I saw her on the scottish group classifieds section last year. I remember because of the lovely bloodlines. |
