Hi i'm looking for a little grey mare called Zinders Pride she was breed by Mr Griggs at Widbrook Arabian Stud around 1978/1980 she was about 14hh, her stable name was Flipper, i learnt to ride on her back in 1985 and thanks to her i now not just love Arabs but i own 5 lovely boys on of which was breed by Mr Griggs. I'm not sure if Flipper is still alive but if anybody knows what happened to her i would love to know. Thanks.

Hi, you could try contacting widbrook, as it is still going as a riding school, I know they still have some old broodmare in there 20's there, and at least one is grey, also last time I saw them, Karen still worked there, and she would know more.

| Hi thanks for that ive try Mr Griggs but he or Jo cant remember as its so long ago I think that is Blue that is in her 20s as she was around the same age as my old boy who is by Shirar out of Baneta, he is 23yrs old and still going strong. I know Flipper (zinders pride) spent most of her time on hte riding school as they couldnt breed with her as she had something wrong. Thanks for your help though. |
