Ellie & Miss Dior have arrived safely in their new home
We can't thank Jackie & Alan enough for letting buy these two beauties and for transporting them safely to us,
They walked calmly down the ramp and into the indoor school for a good roll, they are both a real credit to Jackie & Alan
Miss Dior has the most incredible head & huge black eyes, with a tail that is stuck to her back What a fantastic sire EMENES is proving to be and a breeding we intend to repeat in the future, her dam, Ellie is the most gentle and loving mare you could ever wish to meet,
We are so pleased that you are both happy with the two girls. It was a big wrench leaving them there yesterday, but we know that they will be loved and cared for with you and can't wait to see Michelle in the ring with the blonde bombshell next year.
Hope they are both ok and I will give you a call later.
Give them a big hug from me Love Jackie & Alanxxx
ps: thanks for a great night on Saturday thoroughly enjoyed it and that chicken was something else....!!!!
They have both settled in so quickly, you would think they had always been with us, Dior came straight upto Michelle last night in the school and she lead her back to her stable, she is amazing
Ellie has adopted me and Dior has attached herself to Michelle, so we have one each
Justin, will be going any day now, Parkers called this morning, Michelle will really miss him, and we have a lot of interest in his half brother so I think he will go quite soon too
Glad to hear that Justin will be setting off for his new life this week - it is one hell of an achievement for your having the foresight to do this breeding - well done. You will have to lock Michelle away when Parkers come to collect him lol
I am so proud of my two girls - I know Ellie is an angel and said to you at the weekend that she had taken to you straight away, when she was looking for you when she heard your voice.
Now as for Miss Dior, she is a gem - considering she only had her headcollar on for the first time last wednesday she just takes it all in her stride - has she strutted her stuff for you????
It really is amazing that she had only had her head collar on a few days prior to her arrival, & to lead down the ramp like she did was unbelievable!, She is growing in confidence each day,
Hi Linda Blackbridge Arabians started with a PBA Palomino "Amigo" by name and nature i had him over 27 years and he is buried here at BBA a fantastic Horse who changed my life he started me with Arabians, I hope Michelle as some special Horses to show next season Mair BBA
ahh linda! they are gorgesou! so pleased to see your 'dream' comming to light! wish you all the best, no doubt your palominos will be as gorgeous as your purebred babies. Miss Dior looks amazing think i might have to pinch her... another gorgeous Emenes baby. cant wait to see her in the ring next year.
****************************SILHOUETTE ARABIANS**************************** Home of Mukhtar Ibn Eternity (Eternity Ibn Navarrone-D x Monsoon by Djammal) AKA Mooky!
Thankyou, I really hope I can live up to that! Alan & Jackie have given us a great head start, Miss Dior is so special, if you saw her you would think she was a pure bred,
We plan to repeat this breeeding in the near future, but I have decided to breed a cremello foal for next time, by the wonderful Roundhills Crystal King, owned by Alan & Kent (performance arabians) we also plan to breed a couple of our pure bred chesnut mares to him, incl the dam of Psynderella-Nadynaa-Kaneesko & Just Noyz,(our latest foal by WH Justice) She is my favourite mare and never fails to produce a special foal
Yeah!! Some more Faberge blood!! I have missed the Shulay horses since they all went to Denmark.
Dont blame you for wanting to breed more Dior clones - what a fantastic filly and how lucky are you knowing that you will get guaranteed palomino from Ellie if you cross her with a chestnut. Cant go far wrong really - loads of gorgeous chestnut arabian stallions around but not many people have the gorgeous high % Arabian cremello mare!!!
What a great idea to breed a cremello first so that you have your next generation of palomino breeding stock. The bloodlines will be amazing with the cross to Crystal King - you've got it all there, double Eldyr, Faberge, Zalaman, Mr. Sun-Tan etc etc etc.
WOW! You lucky lucky things.
Jackie and Alan - you must be mad to part with them - but then you cant be too greedy having Jacala Morning Gold as well! Very very jealous.
I have great plans for Ellie, she is the best cremello I have seen to date, I just love her,
Her daughter is just as wonderful & our future
I am so excited about Ellie's next foal and Alan & Jackie will be just as involved as us, they will keep us on the right track,
I used to be involved with the palomino's before getting into pure breds and I think Shulay were the top of their game, I have been in contact with them & will hopefully learn a lot from them,
here are a few pictures of them in their new home, happy & settled, They are a real credit to Alan & Jackie,
