Must say I love the rug and the colour and have spotted a bargain. Bit concerned it may rub her mane out though. Any thoughts/experiences?
Thanks

did do..til my hooligan trashed 3 in 3 weeks! Rambo rep was there for 4th time..they did give me a refund, and they still haven't got a Crystal-proof rug.
She never kept it on long enough for it to rub her mane!

yep..she does, and she left ALL the straps fastened...she kind of wriggled out of them, then threw them on the floor and played tug of war with her friends using her nice, expensive rug as a rope!
You should have seen the rep's face when he saw her....bloomin priceless!

Yes Rambo MW Wug and Rhino MW Wug. Mane gets flattened and a bit crinkly but does not rub out. They are lovely and light for the horses to wear and very cosy.

I find Rambo Wug & Wug Plus excellent. Have been using them for 10 years & as Offira says they are light & warm. My friends use them on their horses who live out 24/7 all winter.
Expensive but worth it - and they leave a lovely shiney coat!

I bought quite a few Rambo Wugs when they first came out......was VERY upset when my Arabs got rubbed manes - Jet lost the bottom half of his mane & all these years on its still thinner than it was before the Wug! I've never used neck rugs since! |

mine are all in rambo wugs and l also have the high neck ones love them, warm comfy last for years and they do not rub out mains only down is the price but as they last for a very long time they are a good investment
l also have rhinos which come up small and a couple of amigos but my preference is the rambo

I've got 2 Wugs on my Arabs and have never had a rubbed mane with them. They keep them lovely and toasty, too! |
