Hi there. Its a tad tricky, but ok when you get the hang of it. Have you made yourself a member of a picture hosting site?? I use Flickr and thats quite easy. I'd make yourself a member 1st, then its quite easy to import pictures into Flickr...then from there its just a case of copying and pasting the URL of the pic/s into the AL 'back end'
When you are a member, let me know and i'll try and guide you through the rest of the woods! |

Sorry for my spelling. I'm typin on a laptop in the dark and its pretty tricky as i'm not quite a 'touch typer'
OK....Flickr. This is how I did it.
Go to 'your photostream' and click a picture that you want to use. When you have clicked this, the picture will be opened up as a larger version. Then there are some option just above the picture...they start 'add note' 'send to group' etc etc. Click 'ALL SIZES'
Then click 'thumbnail' as your size option. The pic should change in size. It will b quite a lot smaller!
Now under the pic it will say 'grab the URL'
Highlight this, click copy (so you can paste it later...sorry if i'm assuming that you know how to copy and paste, but i'm taking the risk!)

Then when you have that URL copied onto your mouse, we'll be coming back to arabian lines. Let me know when you've dont that and we'll move onto the next bit!! I feel like a member of the 'geek squad' Lanabanana sorry that I cant help you then...maybe a little flickr account is the way to go, they're reasonbly easy to set up, just a pain I know x x |

OK. so now you have the whole URL on your mouse. Go into the profile section of arabian lines (it might be easier to open a new tab in your browser so that you can refer back to these instructions easier...or some would say, open a new window and sign in again so you can flick from my guidelines and back again)

Ok well. Next part. Sign into arabian lines and go into the profile section of the site. In here you will see on the right hand side the signature box. Type the following...
Ok, so to put that into words, at the beginning you need to have
Then, take a look at your posts, and you should see a sig pic (make sure you click submit in ALines when you have put this info into the sig box)

Hmm. Right. Wherever you see me use a * dont use one yourself.
Ok well. Next part. Sign into arabian lines and go into the profile section of the site. In here you will see on the right hand side the signature box. Type the following...
[*img]<<<then this is the bit where you paste the URL that you collected from Flickr>>>>[*/img]
Ok, so to put that into words, at the beginning you need to have [*img] then you drop the URL in and then at the end you must type [*/img] dont forget to remove the *'s though.
