hi was wondering if anyone had delt with this company before i ordered a bit to try about 7 weeks ago paid to try it for 30 day trial its not the money im angry about it was only 8.00 with postage its the fact no one will return my emails when i know they have read them they never answer the phone all i want them to do is send the bloody bit i just think its really rude not to contact me even if its to say they havnt got one but i have spoke to a lot of people that have been very happy with there service ok rant over now

Yes I used them and had the same problems.
It took 2 weeks for them to reply, I called but no one answered. When I finally got a reply via email they told me the bit was out of stock yet they had taken the money out of my account!!
I will not be ordering off them again.

i ordered a bit.... couldn't get an answer via phone.... emailed again....got a very prompt response. then i needed to talk to them so emailed them asking them to ring me.... which they did the same day. my experience has been an ok one. think it may be a bit of a one man band....

I bought a bit from them some time ago and
all was fine so hopefully you will be able to

hi ive still had no reply via email or phone i emailed them again yesterday which i know they read im so mad my only other option is to go to there place which is probably about a 45min drive if i do that they would probably be closed knowing my lucklehla

Hi I had a small similar problem with them as the bit I ordered was out of stock, in the end I had to cancel my order. But I did order another bit fromthem and received it within the week.
I think your right in saying it a 'one man band' as I once spoke to hubby/partner and he didnt know anything about anything!!!

They sent me a different bit in the end as that seemed to be the only option of getting something for my money. I did send many emails to get one reply so just keep mailing them.

Yup, I've had trouble with this outfit too. Ordered a bit online, money deducted and then never heard anything. Phone always engaged or unanswered, emails ignored, then got really stroppy and bit eventually arrived. I dealt with a gentleman each time - who could be the hubby - but seemed to know what was going on. whilst i did eventually get my goods the effort in doing so, and the lack of customer service will stop me from using them again.

Just keep pestering!
