So sad to hear of your loss, but she sounds as if she was a grand old lady and her passing was timely and dignified. Really,it is what we would all wish for given the chance.

Sorry for your loss, we all think that it will not happen even though we know eventually it will!!! so so sad when you have had a lovely animal and lifelong friend, for them... well they owned you for the same amount of time and had a lovely life....

RIP Leading Lady
How privilaged that she could end her days on the spot she was born and to leave you the legacy of her two fillies. I am sure she will never be far away from Downies Stud.

Hi Lynn,
Sorry to hear your news, Lady was such a lovely mare.
She visited us on many occassions and I can honestly say she lived up to her name. I know you now have two fillies out of lady and it was one of your wishes to get a filly. I know they will never fill her shoes but she has left you part of her legacy.
