Our Paralympic Jerseyman, Simon Laurens and his horse, Ocean Diamond, won a team gold in the dressage !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

he also has a shout in the individual freestyle competition!!!!!
Thank you for all your well wishes ~ saw all the girls from his Jersey yard on TV egging him on during our local news report and felt SO proud for everyone connected.

Fantastic result - good luck to him in the individuals.
Have to say that the BBC coverage of the dressage last night was just pants, I don't know why they bothered quite frankly. Must have lasted oh, all of two minutes, if that. Shame on them. We won four medals (I think) with a huge chance of more in a couple of days time - hope they get their act together before then and give this the coverage it deserves - it's such an achievement, more so to my mind as you have to factor in the horse element. Not happy with the BBC. |

Im so cheesed off with the news coverage of the paraolympics,its been Well nothing for what they deserve..
the whole editorial network should be absolutely disgusted with themselves for the lack of desent heartwarming news that i believe this brings,,
sorry for rant!!!
but well done, thats what i call British!!!!
