Do you want a get together around now or wait until the Christmas one?
Which reminds me - before Christmas or in between Christmas and New Year like last year?
It really would be nice to see some new faces

If the Christmas one is after, then perhaps we should have one now-ish . However, if we're having the Christmas one before, then maybe we should wait for that, if you see what I mean
