I have trouble getting my teeth round the name as well Vera - but getting there! Gwar glue ideth...........or something like that
I managed to snap some more piccies before the rain hit this afternoon (wild, wet & windy here!)
The farm from the open hill - house needs lots of work!!! Fab agri buildings - have just ordered 6 internal stables.
The outriding straight from our gate - wonderful turf tracks I haven't been out riding yet - still searching for my tack!!! I will take lots of piccies through the neds ears when I do!
And lastly - the beautiful purple heather

Fantastic Judith. What an adventure and a lovely new start. Will you be free of B & B duties for a bit? |

Judith so glad you arrived safely and are settling in, horsses look like they have been there for ages! Naughty little Charlie, but at least he arrived safely .
Wonderful pictures and I do know where you are now........ I remeber looking at the place once on my first visit to Gill and saying to her that it would make a wonderful home for horses or a trekking centre, all that lovely riding you have!
Hope you both live there happily for many years to come

Glad all have settled after the joys of Equine Transport ....
And the heather makes lovely backdrops for all the artistic arab piccies
(Maj tips her nose like her Granny did for photos) They all look very well - bet you guys are jiggered!

It is a fab spot - if this rain ever stops I hope to get some better photos of the views!
OH has already started removing the 70's kitchen & he's jut started on the ceilings in the old part (looks like there is a very old cottage under all the hardboard etc!!) - will take some piccies of the before & eventually the after!
Another short vid - moving Charlie & co moving into a new field - all lovely & calm until cheeky boy spookedhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kdYN5B8wT3c

Libby - it is truely wonderful to see how Charlie is thriving - Cuckoo is certainly looking after our precious little man VERY well - bless her He is almost as tall as she is now - she bosses him about very well & keeps him in check!! I saw him trying to bit her today - she told him off beautifully Cuckoo is looking really good - much improved on when she first came to us & she is more than keeping up on the milky bar front!!!. We've got her on loan until Charlie is weaned.....long time yet |

Hi Tracie
Ruby & Charlie are over 3 months old now - blimey - time flies
Thanks for your good wishes - Gwarglwydeth has lovely vibes - a friendly house I was rather sad though to leave my friendly ghost behind when we moved! No ghosts here - well none that have shown themselves so far! |
