Plenty of people in the UK get SAD Gari and those who recognise it do use sun lamps. I have a Swedish friend who's the other way round. She gets SAD and quite nastily depressed in the Spring, when the rest of us are just beginning to emerge into life again. I agree with Jen, Christmas in its traditional way is lovely but it's all a Dickensian myth. We just don't get cold, snowy Christmasses any more. It's all floods and mud. Oh dear, how pessimistic, perhaps I've got SAD... I think I need a holiday in California!! |

cheer up peeps theres AUTUMN to enjoy yet! crispy horse chestnut leaves, shiney brown conkers,blackberry picking,tidying the pastures,the horses going all woolley and cuddly,log fires,hot coffee with buttered ,crumpets, misty mornings..................... |

wow louise sounds like you gonna have a fab christmas! well we had huge hail stones and thunder today, guess the weather is defo turning!! |
