Hi, A friend of mine has brought a part bred arab filly, On her passport her sire is down as Asaph. Anyone know anything about him? The Dam was bred at Tyas welsh stud in Brentwood, Essex (think its Brentwood) Her name is Tyas Splash

Asaph was foaled in 1990 by Dahmir out of Silent Pride (by Silver Pride).

I have Dahmir being down as Senecio out of Ahmar-I-Sham. Hes a 1986 born chestnut, turned grey, bred by Mr and Mrs AR Croswell.

Hi
Asaph was and i believe still is owned by gary moull over in Lindsell just outside great Dunmow, he wasnt shown alot but the times he did go out he won his ridden classes. I rode him in 2006 and must say that though not huge standing at 14.1hh he was a phenominal ride and would rate him as one of the best rides i have ever had, a complete gentleman in all respects and beautiful being a white grey.

| Hi, I owned Asaph for a while and he is by Dahmir out of Ahmar-I-Sham. I have just found an old address book with details of who I sold him to and it made me wonder if he still had him. I have E mailed him via the address I have. |

| Found a website with a post from Gary, with pictures of Asaph on it and a picture a of the filly 'Maggie'. My friend has e-mailed him and he has e-mailed back. I think she is going to arrange to see him. It doesn't surprise me that he has a wonderful temprement, Maggie does also. She is a very bold little horse! I will keep you posted. I've spoke to Gary today, he's still got Harley. I was at work so couldn't talk for long. Going to ring him later. I'm going to go and see him when showing season ends.
