I love seeing how foals grow and change,we got round to taking some more of Joe today, he is going to be very dark liver chestnut, which will be very striking with his high white markings. I can't post photos so I've just sent them to Judith who hopefully (if shes not too busy packing) will put them on for me

Ooo Mandy, I wish I'd not been so lazy and walked down the lane today to see him in person, he is FAB!! Mind u prob a good thing I didn't as I wouldn't have been able to conceal him too well in my shorts pocket methinks But he really is just so wonderful! |

Hi everyone, thank you for your lovely comments. We are very pleased with young Joe, he has performance breeding on both sides of his pedigree, and some rarer Crabbet lines through Cacharel, he is just about 99% Crabbet. He won't be the same colour as his dam Margaret, as she is dark chestnut and Joe will be very dark Liver chestnut, when he's lost his foal coat I'll take some more photos so you can see more clearly, I think he may be a very similar colour to Crystal Magician his maternal Great Grandfather.
I feel he is more like Cacharel than Ari ( Dark Prince) and he has certainly inherited her bottom, so interesting breeding full brothers !
Nikki visit soon or he'll be backed by the time you get here !
Mandy Ol is just coming to terms with all the white !!
