Hi all,
I don't post often but wanted to share my news.
I have a mare ( Zahlinas Glimmer ) who has been scanned in foal to African Emir.
Thanks to Nat at Chapel Lane for posting on here as I would never have found such a beautiful stallion.
Hopefully be posting to let you know the sex.

Nice to know this stallion is being used, he was such a laid back character when I met him, and is I think the only bay stallion with his percentage of Crabbet blood.
Please let me know if there are others, but I think the rest are grey or chestnut, since the demise of Tadsor that had quite few bay boys. |

That is fabulous news! So glad to hear that African Emir has had some lovely ladies to him this year. Certainly a huge pat on the back for Nat at Chapel Lane for getting this boys name, and more importantly bloodlines out there!
Also great to see that Cranham re-born is still striving forward - and I promise I will catch up with you at some point Lisa re what we discussed before, just been so strapped for time lately.

Hi Lisa
I'm so glad that Zahlina is in foal to Mooey [African Emir].
I love this horse and wish he had of been used more in his youth but hopefully he is making up for lost time
Lynne, his owner, is going to try and get him to the Crabbet show in September, for all of you that haven't seen him in the flesh and that would like to.
All the best to you and everyone involved at Cranham. |

Thanks everyone, I will definately keep you all posted.
Pat ww, I beleive Erin Park Excel had his first year at stud this year and is a 100%, Crabbet, bay, stallion. A very nice looking boy but I havent seen him in the flesh.
Alicia, I can well imagine how busy things are, but we will always be here so plenty of time for a catch up.
Nat, i'm sorry u werent succesful and my offer is still open if you decide u want to go ahead.
I'm afraid as far as shows go i'm a bit of a virgin. Where is the Crabbet show usually held? I would love to attend.
Thanks for your comments and any info on midwife duties will be greatly appreciated as it's my first time.
Thanks again
