i feel so bad, i know they are a pain but we have a big problem now, all liverys share a barn where we keep tack and feed, we had a new girl and non of her feed was in bins, she left yard without clearing out and the mice have had a party, now i can put up with a few but i shook about 10 full grown ones from a friends rugs, he was too scared LOL, the farm cat is stuffed. I am going to buy some eradibate today and hope that will sort it, but i still feel sooo guilty

You need to say something to the new girl as even though it's not nice having to eliminate them but you have to look after your own health as you don't know where they've urinated on or what they've touched. the problem will only get worse if something isn't done, could be worse you can have rats although correct me if I'm wrong you normally get one or the other.
Shake the rugs out in front of her and see her reaction
maybe then she'll clean up after herself!

Once you take the food source away, they won't want to hang around. No need for eradibate |

Eradibate them or get some good yard cats - you won't feel so guilty then. Once the mice get a comfortable home they will reproduce and reproduce and reproduce!!!

Rugs aren't part of their diet, they use them for nesting |
