Hiya Sarah,
just having to keep going to hospital and see the doctor is a pain in the butt, but to be disappointed like that is awful. I hope it goes quickly for you and there aren't any horrible side effects
Keep your chin up, us horsey folk are made of strong stuff

Thanks peoples Oh am alright be honest mum and i both burst out laughing !!! as he said i have the worst type of...... dont laugh... ACNE!!!!! Begins with p basicly cystic acne can be anywhere on the body!!!!trouble is it scars!!! Also very very painfull.. ive had a few cut out then attend hospitol daily to have them dressed with ribbon.. which isnt to pleasent!!!they baciclly put in a type of ribbon with a croquet hook as it has to heal inside out... nurses on here will know what am on about. Also am under hospitol and doctor reg as i have sle (lupus) So with one thing and another its begining to become a laugh!! My husband reckens if we got sainsburys vouchers for every ailment i have we would have a damn good shop!!!! They have put me on now for 2 years Isotretinoin anybody else taken this ? My new daily total prescription is between 18 to 26 tablets a day depending on the time of the month!!! All i can say is i really am not a hybercondriact !!! Felt sorry for the nurse when she had to pull my health records along on a trolly as to heavy to carry!!!!!only joking but it is about 20 inches deep+ and really tatty compared to most!!!! Just seems our family are cursed last 5 years it seems to be one thing after another!! My mum is a tadge religous and believes its becouse we can cope!! thats why its us and wait for it... God only places special needs children with people who can cope, care and love them!!! Well i love my parents to pces but i wish if this is the case him upstairs hurries up and relises weve had enough right now!!!! Sorry but am in a mood today of taking the mick out of everything and turning it around into a joke!! My way of getting on with it.!!! Sorry to rant peoples but i feel better now i let it out!!. |

I suffer badly with my skin, and I do feel for you. I havent worn a decent skirt in years as I dont want people to see the scars on my legs. Fortunately I dont often get it on my face. But had infected eczema all over my back a few weeks ago. Hospital cant do any more. yes I do sympathise and I think you are very brave. |

I do love the way you can turn a horrible situation into a humourous one Nutter I just love your attitude to life - a shame that there ain't more people like you around, the world would be a much happier place.
Wishing you all the best with your skin condition, and take those nasty pills with a large glass of Pimms

Nutter, can only echo what's been said already, particularly in Tahir's post. You are a star, with such a positive attitude. I always love reading your posts, and they often make me laugh out loud! Chin up and I hope you get through this. |

Nutter, sorry to hear this and don't really know what words of wisdom I can offer you cos I don't have any as I failed my Wisdom O Level with flying colours. What you do have going for you is a wonderful sense of humour - hang on to it, big style. There aren't many folks who can make light of your situation - hats off to you and keep on taking the tablets. |

Nutter, first of all sorry to hear the news fromn the hospital, but glad to see that in spite of all the problems you have kept a sense of humour.
Secondly thank you you given me the kick up the pants I needed today! Been to have BP taken, sky high again and I been sulking all day, your way of handling things made me smile and realise I have a hell of a lot to be grateful for.
