YOU are nearly there!

You only need the bit that is underlined in blue

img][<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/26703200@N03/2505541942/" title="118_1855 by annawilshaw, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3046/2505541942_fe6b5b7312.jpg" width="500" height="375" alt="118_1855" /></a>/img
with the [ img ] [ /img ] (no spaces) before and after and you will get

Hi you're quite close!

You just need to type http://www.flickr.com/photos/26703200@N03/2505541942/ with [ img ] [ /img ] either side and without the spaces (had to add the spaces else you wouldn't see them!)
