STORM GOLD Overall Ridden Champion ridden by Kirsty Brown. Owner Tina is in Preston hospital with a broken leg sustained in early hours whilst unloading at the show - best wishes for a good recovery. Apparently she'll be there for a few days - they can't operate yet due to swelling. Such bad luck at the start of the showing season.
Reserve was the PBA Chinook Cameron - a new one to me - a super light dapple grey owned and ridden by Lindsey Needham. LONG day - started at 8 am and finished at about 7.15pm!!! |

Poor Tina what a way to start the show season, but congratulations to Kirsty Brown and Storm Gold, do you have any Inhand results or is that starting tomorrow????

Congratulations to Sue & Amy Pattinson who backed, produced and Sue rode AH Walkyria Bhaltos the black gelding in the Novice Ridden...they come 2nd out of 7. First ever show for this boy! |

Well one to you Kirsty[:D i noticed you had Marzookah entered does one of your freinds ride her her now at the shows?She is so nicely schooled.... and i wish Tina a speedy recovery from her brocken leg, i will miss her being on the show circuit this year xx Lynne |

That poor kid...she was really nervous....in the same section as I was, and parked near us...she did really well though...especailly as she was a junior.

Hi Arabian girl.
marzookah Is being produced/ridden by Rosie Sidebottom this year, and is doing an excellent job! She has never competed at this level before and I think 3rd place in the HOYS mare class is very encouraging. Well done Rosie!
She will campaigning young riders classes too.
Marzookah is such a good girl and will totally look after her, and I think a very good young riders mount!

I'm glad she did well....Marzookah looked great on Saturday...And behaved a LOT better than Crystal, who was acting 22 months instead of 22 years!

| a big well done to kirsty and storm gold a lovely pair to watch, i was in the stallion class (hoys) one got third but loved min with ra zanam ,hope tina in ok what bad luck i met tina for the first time up at northern arab at start of season what a lovely lady she got reserve champion to me on madryn tusleem with her novice mare please give her my best wishes and love thanks Bev neal |
