Hi, Im not strictly the new owner of this mare as I've had her for almost 5 years now but I just wonder what kind of life she had before and if anybody knows anything about her. She's a lovely soul and I am planning to breed from her when I find the right stallion. Does anyone know if there's any way I can find out if she's had a foal before? Thanks.x
She was born at Cawthorne Arabians when I was there. Her dam is the dam of Shogun - European Champion. I don't know where she went from there, she was sold after I left, but I cannot find any reference to her having a foal up to 2000.
Thanks Elaine-I'd love to know what she's done in her life.She's settled now and I've owned her for 5 lovely years:) she really is special to me and I'd love any info. Id also love to breed from her as she's faultless in my eyes. I was thinking about Jaayd.. I am visiting his owners soon with a friend:)
How old would Eliteia be? I have a feeling she was entered at the Cawthorne sale where I first saw my mare CAS Elanna, although we bid on Elanna we actually bought her a few months after the sale. Elanna is 14 now, she was a yearling at the sale. My mare is by Elite out of Marryanna.
Eliteia's now 14/15 I know she was sold at the stud sale but I do not know anything else about her life from then on. She's a lovely soul and I'd love to know what she's lived through-I got her from a very didgy dealer at Clitheroe auctions,she was in such a state I didn't think I'd get her home alive-justwant to know what did that to her.
