Hi Everyone, I am a new member and I have been reading some of your postings and you all seem very knowledgeable so I was wondering if you might be able to provide me with some information and some pictures if possible so that I can create a 'family tree' for my boy! I have had Mirshid for nearly 6 years, he is a bay gelding, rising twelve by Shah n Shah al Nowak and out of Polly Project. He was bred by Mr and Mrs Gilbey, but unfortunately we didn't get to meet them as we bought him via the lady that backed him. I would really like any information that anyone could give me. Secondly I would love some informed opinion on whether I might be able to show him –I hope I’ve attached link to photos?! Many Thanks in advance Claire
Sorry dont know anything about your boys breeding but like you have said there is probably plenty of people on here to will. Good luck with finding your info you are looking for

Thanks for your replies- I put the all breeds pedigree up myself, just from his papers. I am interested as to what blood lines he has as I was told by the lady we bought him from that he was pure polish, however at a pleasure ride last year a lady told me he has egyptian blood as well so I am confused... I know that Grojec was polish (Hope I have that right!!) but would like some info on the others and also if possible if his dam and sire are still alive (just out of interest) we bought Mirshid from Sudbury in suffolk but I think he may have been bred in Essex but I googled Nowak arabians and got nothing. any help would be appreciated
